Comments on the draft zoning districts and map will remain open until May 31, 2026. After that, comments will close until the release of a revised draft in mid-July which will be opened up for comments again.

Welcome to the March 2026 Draft Zoning Map for St. Louis! This is the first public draft of the map, and it will continue to evolve as we receive comments from members of the public and make edits.
Please explore the map, look over the proposed zoning districts, and provide comments. Feedback may include suggesting adjustments to proposed zoning changes, sharing zoning-related observations, or identifying potential mapping errors.
