These “conceptual zoning districts” have been drafted by the consultant team as a starting point for discussion during the December public meeting and follow-up Code Connect webinar. They represent a potential “concept” only and should not be seen as a formal proposal or draft.
 
Each district is described in broad terms –its general purpose, its uses and its key defining form standards. By contrast, when the full draft is released, it will include a detailed table of uses and built form standards, as well as graphic illustrations.

Conceptual districts are sorted by their relationship to SLUP land uses. In addition, several special or “floating” zoning districts could be applied in various land uses, if requested by a land owner and approved by the Planning Commission.
